Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!

Well I know this is a couple days late...
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE HOWARD'S!!!

I think its fair for me to claim the way to busy to post card :)
We had a wonderful Christmas this year, we love spending time with both of our families! So here is the run down of our week. We spent the day before Christmas eve at my parents(The Geoffrions) house celebrating Christmas with my Nana(my dad's mom). Then early afternoon on Christmas Eve we went and spent the day with Anthony's parents(Rob & Ashlyn Howard). Anthony's mom made some of the best cookies either of us have ever tasted (I am going to have to get the recipe and share it with all!) they had chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, toffee, and grated pecans! YUMMMM! We had a lot of fun with them and I am so lucky to call them my in-laws! After that we headed home for a while and read the story of Jesus' birth together and thought about the true meaning of Christmas, in all this hustle and bustle we really lost sight of what Christmas is truly about!  Then we spent the night at my parent's house and watched a variety of Christmas movies, not all the way through on any of them.  Some of them were A Christmas Story, The Christmas without a Santa Clause (my favorite)! The next morning we woke up and opened gifts, and then headed up to my Aunt Julie's house(my mom's sister) to see her side of the family: My Uncle Lindsey and Grama, and my cousins Kristen and Mark! We love them all so much we had so much fun!
Afterwards Anthony asked me what my favorite gifts were and I responded:
My Holga Camera, & Camelback Water Bottle (He laughed at the 2nd)
but we both received so much from our families that really we are so blessed to get everything we did!
Well I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!
We are leaving tomorrow for Pensacola, Florida until Sunday! We haven't been there since we got married and thats saying something because my family goes down there several times a year since my mom's brother and his family live there!
So Happy New Year from the Howard's

We Wish You a Merry Christmas!

Hello!
Well Christmas is quickly approaching its almost a week away! I cannot believe how fast it has gotten here! Everything has been so busy lately!

Anthony had to work last Saturday which was sad cause we didn't get to spend the day together but yay for overtime (right before Christmas, it was much needed!). And then on Monday his work had their Christmas Party and he received a bigger Christmas Bonus then we were expecting, thank You Lord for providing! He got to eat at Outback for the Christmas Party and order whatever he wanted, which he completely enjoyed!

I came upon some issues trying to find the perfect Christmas Card. I usually order from Costco but this year they only had 2 or 3 photo card options, and everywhere else (even if I really like the card) was more then I wanted to spend. Enter Photoshop: So I decided I would download some Christmas Photoshop brushes(the paint brush tool allows you to stamp shapes and items onto your project, like a rubber stamp for your computer, you can download them from various sites for free) I found several. So I made our very own personalized Christmas card!! I have decided I will always do this. I just made a 5x7 design and imported 3 of our pictures; and then orderd 5x7 prints to costco for 1/2 the price of their Christmas Photo Cards! :)

I will be mailing them out hopefully Monday (I know I am behind). But in the meantime I will post it on here for all to enjoy!

And thats the Happenings of the Howard's for now!
Enjoy
:)
